You agree not to use our website for any unlawful, fraudulent or abusive purpose.

You must not attempt to interfere with the operation or security of our website, gain unauthorized access to our systems or customer accounts, introduce malicious software, scrape or misuse website data in an unauthorized manner, or use our services to violate the rights of another person.

We may restrict or suspend access where reasonably necessary to protect our customers, website or business.

3. Eligibility to Place an Order

By placing an order, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and that you are legally capable of entering into the transaction or are using the service with appropriate authorization.

• PIN code
• Billing information, where applicable

Incorrect or incomplete information may result in shipping delays, failed deliveries or cancellation.

For example, the colour of a garment may appear somewhat different depending on screen settings, photography, lighting or production variations.

Measurements may also have reasonable manufacturing tolerances.

Such minor differences do not necessarily mean that a product is defective.

If we discover a significant error in a product description, price or availability after you place an order, we may contact you before processing the affected order.

5. Product Availability

Products displayed on our website are subject to availability.

Adding an item to your shopping cart does not necessarily reserve that product.

In unusual situations, an item may become unavailable after an order has been placed—for example, because of an inventory error or simultaneous purchases.

If we cannot supply an ordered product, we may contact you to offer an appropriate alternative or cancel the affected item and issue any applicable refund.

6. Prices

Product prices are displayed on our website in Indian Rupees (₹) unless otherwise indicated.

Prices, discounts and promotional offers may change from time to time.

The price applicable to an order will generally be the price displayed when the order is successfully placed, subject to correction of obvious pricing or technical errors.

7. Orders

Submitting an order does not necessarily mean that it has been accepted for fulfilment.

After receiving your order, we may perform reasonable checks relating to payment, stock availability, delivery information and suspected fraud.

We reserve the right to decline or cancel an order where there is a legitimate reason, including:

• Incorrect pricing caused by an obvious technical or listing error.
• Payment failure.
• An incomplete or invalid delivery address.
• Suspected fraudulent activity.
• Repeated misuse of Cash on Delivery.
• A technical problem preventing fulfilment.

If we cancel a prepaid order, any amount collected for the cancelled item or order will be refunded as appropriate.

8. Payments

We may provide payment methods such as UPI, debit/credit cards, online payment gateways, Cash on Delivery, or other methods displayed during checkout.

Availability of a particular payment method may vary by order, location or other operational factors.

Payments processed electronically may also be subject to the terms and security procedures of the relevant bank or payment service provider.

STYQUAL will never require your UPI PIN, card PIN, CVV or online banking password to process a normal refund.

9. Cash on Delivery

Cash on Delivery (“COD”) may be available for eligible orders and delivery locations.

We may verify COD orders before dispatch. Verification may include contacting the customer using the contact information supplied with the order.

COD availability may be restricted where there has been repeated refusal of legitimate shipments, incorrect addresses, unsuccessful deliveries or other misuse.

Customers should ensure that somebody is available at the shipping address to receive the parcel and make the required payment.

10. Shipping and Delivery

We aim to dispatch and deliver orders within the estimated timelines communicated through our website or order updates.

Delivery times are estimates rather than absolute guarantees unless specifically stated otherwise.

Delays may occasionally occur because of courier operations, weather, public holidays, transportation disruptions, incorrect addresses, remote delivery locations, high order volumes or circumstances outside our reasonable control.

Once an order is dispatched, tracking information may be provided where supported by the courier.

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address.

11. Failed Delivery and Return to Origin

If a courier cannot successfully deliver an order because the customer is unavailable, refuses delivery, provides incorrect information, or cannot be contacted after reasonable delivery attempts, the parcel may be returned to us.

This is commonly known as Return to Origin (RTO).

Where appropriate, additional shipping charges may apply if the customer requests that an RTO parcel be dispatched again.

Repeated unjustified refusal of COD orders may result in COD being restricted for future purchases.

12. Cancellation

If you wish to cancel an order, contact us as quickly as possible.

We will try to cancel an order if it has not yet been dispatched.

Once an order has been packed, handed over to a courier or dispatched, cancellation may no longer be possible. You may then need to follow our applicable return procedure after delivery.

If an eligible prepaid order is successfully cancelled, the applicable amount will be refunded through an appropriate payment method.

13. Returns, Exchanges and Refunds

Returns, exchanges and refunds are governed by our separate Return, Exchange & Refund Policy.

Customers should review that policy before purchasing.

Among other things, eligibility may depend on the date of delivery, condition of the product, whether the product has been worn or washed, whether original tags remain attached, and the reason for the return.

Nothing in these Terms is intended to exclude rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded under applicable law.

14. Discounts, Coupons and Promotions

STYQUAL may occasionally provide discount codes, promotional prices, coupons, bundles or other offers.

Each promotion may have its own conditions, including minimum order amounts, eligible products, validity periods or usage limits.

Unless specifically stated otherwise, promotional codes cannot be exchanged for cash.

We may cancel or correct a promotion where there is an obvious technical error, unauthorized manipulation or fraudulent use.

15. Product Care

Customers should follow the washing, drying and care instructions supplied with a garment.

This is especially important for printed T-shirts, hoodies and other printed apparel.

Damage resulting from inappropriate washing, bleaching, excessive heat, ironing directly over prints, incorrect drying, alterations or ordinary wear and tear after use may not qualify as a manufacturing defect.

If you believe you received a defective product, contact us before washing or altering it.

16. Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise stated, the STYQUAL name, original branding, website design elements, photographs created for us, graphics, text, product artwork and other original content belonging to STYQUAL are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.

You may browse our website and share normal product links for personal purposes.

You may not reproduce, republish, commercially exploit, systematically copy, modify or distribute our protected content without permission, except where permitted by law.

Third-party names, logos and trademarks appearing on our website remain the property of their respective owners.

17. Customer Reviews and Submitted Content

If our website allows you to submit reviews, photographs, comments or other content, you are responsible for the content you submit.

We may investigate suspicious activity, including payment fraud, intentionally false return claims, returning a different product from the one supplied, repeated unjustified COD refusals, deliberate damage to products for the purpose of claiming refunds, or attempts to manipulate discounts or website systems.

Where reasonably justified, we may cancel affected transactions, restrict certain payment methods or accounts, or take other appropriate action.

This does not prevent customers from raising legitimate complaints about products, orders or deliveries.

20. Third-Party Services

Those providers may have their own applicable terms and privacy practices.

We are not responsible for unrelated third-party websites simply because our website contains a link to them.
